What was once a crowded, dilapidated auto repair shop quickly converted into a 1-story retail and office center with renovated facades, outdoor balconies and a central courtyard. Project was developed and coordinated for immediate opening with Blue Bottle Coffee, Aesop, Basecoat and Warner Music.

A collaboration with Part Office
